"Our work together has certainly evolved over time. We started with the basics (I had never strength trained before), just building my understanding of how to move confidently in the gym. From there, we moved through defined, focused training blocks: building muscle, cutting fat, and eventually transitioning into more advanced training splits. I travel frequently for work, and flexibility is essential. Eleni has never once made me feel guilty for missed sessions. Rather, we often conduct virtual sessions, or if schedules don’t allow, proactively helps me find local gyms, structures effective workouts with limited equipment, and even helps plan on-the-go meals to stay on track with protein goals. "I worked with Eleni as my personal trainer for a little over a year, and I truly cannot recommend her enough. When I first started, I only did running and ab workouts. Strength training felt intimidating and I wasn’t comfortable with equipment or gym environments at all. My background was in organized sports where I always had a coach telling me exactly what to do, so transitioning into a regular gym setting on my own felt confusing and overwhelming.
From our very first conversation, I immediately felt comfortable with Eleni. She was warm, engaging, and asked thoughtful questions that made me feel genuinely heard. She comforted me, met me where I was emotionally, paused when I needed to pause, and supported me through it in the gentlest way. But she also didn’t let me quit on myself. She helped me push through my own resistance. She showed up as a friend, not just as my trainer — and I didn’t know how much I needed that until it happened. Eleni is someone who genuinely wants to help people — not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and holistically. She challenges the “why” behind your goals, and supports you in building the body you want… not the one society says you should have. She remembers the smallest details — things you said in passing, your movement history, what you’re insecure about, how your body responds to certain exercises — and she builds everything around you.
