
About Me
Hi! I'm Eleni, a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with four years of coaching experience and a background as an Equinox Manager. I help people build confidence and autonomy in their fitness journey. I have trained and mentored dozens of clients (and fellow coaches) across all training ages, supporting them in meaningful skill, strength, and lifestyle transformations. My approach is centered on education and structure, guided by open communication about expectations and capacity. I bridge the gap between 'knowing what to do' and doing it with personal connection, accountability, and fun - so you reach your goals and learn to sustain them with clarity and confidence.

Strength training is not intuitive! If you've never been shown, why should you - how could you - know how? The beauty is that once you're taught a skill set, you carry it with you and, with practice, can apply it repeatedly for the rest of your life.
