In Person Personal Training
Based on your current skill level, goals, and time, 1-on-1 coaching is the most hands-on, detailed, and supportive approach to training. Depending on your experience and skill level, training can look like many things - including but far from limited to: having support and accountability in exercising, learning to use your breath to brace and create stability, building strength and confidence around an injury, or diving deep into barbell mechanics and technique adjustments.
I encourage you to think of coaching as a collaborative relationship - the more communicative and clear you are on what you want, what your expectations are, and what your capacity is, the better I can provide the service you are hoping for.



Online Asychronous Coaching
I offer two tiers of online coaching for two different types of people.
Movement Coaching (Tier 1)
This is the right tier for you if...
You are comfortable and experienced in the gym. You have at least a year of strength training experience, can follow a written program, and reliably get yourself to your workouts. You want effective programming, clear structure, and occasional guidance but do not need weekly accountability. You like understanding the purpose behind your training and appreciate having someone you can ask questions, send form videos to, and troubleshoot pain or progression with. Your nutrition and lifestyle habits are mostly solid, and you might benefit from light refinement when needed.

Integrated Coaching (Tier 2)
This is the right tier for you if...
You want a holistic approach. You care about your training, but you also want guidance with nutrition, habit building, stress regulation, and creating consistency that fits your life. You appreciate accountability and regular connection. You learn best through conversation and collaboration, and you value having a coach who understands your patterns and helps you refine the way you move, eat, recover, and take care of yourself. You may be newer to structured training, returning after time off, or navigating big lifestyle shifts.
You want someone in your corner who helps you build sustainable routines and teaches you how to change, not just what to do.
